P3M Partners formed in 2003 to provide software reselling and implementation services for the industry leading Changepoint PSA and PPM solutions. We were the first dedicated Changepoint partner in Europe and today we have multi-lingual operations throughout the EMEA region as well as operations in Europe and Asia Pacific.

We have business/functional consultants with specialist skills in areas such as financial management, resource management and project management, together with technical and development experts with all the necessary skills to deliver a range of software infrastructure, customisation, integration and reporting services.
Matt Lowman
Managing Director
Matt began his career in the audit department of the oldest firm of Chartered Accountants in the City of London before moving into Management Consultancy specialising in working capital reduction projects. Since 1993 he has been working in Enterprise IT Professional Services in various roles initially around ERP and Finance systems before moving into PSA and Project Portfolio Management. Matt brings a wealth of international business experience gained across many industries assisting Clients to deploy a range of market leading technological solutions to achieve their business goals.
Dave Selway
Director
Dave has more than 30 years experience of delivering business driven technological change programmes and projects. He started his career at American Express where he spent 17 years in a Technology Advisor role before moving into Consulting and Programme Management, initially with the Galileo satellite navigation system at the European Space Agency. Dave has been a pioneer in the Project Portfolio Management solutions sector, helping to drive adoption of PPM tools in a number of corporate IT organisations within some of the world’s leading companies.
Stephan Goseberg
Director
Stephan joined us in 2008 and leads the technical and software development services practice. He has a wealth of software engineering experience across a range of enterprise solution sectors including; ERP, e-Commerce, Professional Services Automation and Project Portfolio Management. Stephan is one of a rare breed capable of understanding and influencing the needs and objectives of business users and translating them into deliverable, easy to understand, high impact and cost-effective technical solutions.
